Positive: Property was quiet and tucked out of the way so we didn’t hear road noise all night. Very clean and well maintained.
Negative: Our room was next to the outdoor pool and basketball court and the music was so loud all night that it would some times wake us up.
Summary: Lovely hotel, lots of great amenities. Outdoor pool area had music playing all night that it kept waking us up all night

Positive: The property is very nice, the staff checking in and out were pleasant. The room was great for our family. There were 5 of us staying in the room, there was plenty of room for all of us. We will be staying at this property when we visit Hershey in the future.
Negative: Our only complaint was the staff for breakfast. Very rude, coming out to the serving line yelling that they were over doing breakfast, being loud and rude to guest. It was 9:13 a guest asked about the sausage gravy, the employee snapped at the guest that they absolutely won’t be bringing anymore gravy out for the biscuits, she can have the plain biscuits. At 9:56 we watched as she hovered over other guest to hurry along, so she could clear the breakfast. Multiple guest were taken back by this behavior. Very unprofessional.

Positive: The breakfast variety and indoor and outdoor pool cleaniess was superb. 👌
Negative: Parking wasn't free, and county tax was charged. i wasn't aware of hidden fees. Also, there wasn't too much staff available. HOWEVER, the staff was polite and made work at our stay accommodation. I asked for Five towel, and the staff came quick.
